General Terms
– Receipt Requirement: All warranty claims require a valid receipt as proof of purchase.
– Device Condition: Devices with scratches, liquid damage, physical damage or damages caused by 3rd party Apps are not eligible for warranty claims.
Warranty Coverage
– Exclusions: Warranty does not cover accessories(Chargers, EarPods/Earphones, USB cables E.T.C)
– Damage caused by misuse, or improper installation.
– Device Swap: Phones, laptops, and electronics can be swapped within 7 days of purchase if found faulty due to a manufacturer’s defect or software issue.
– Component Replacement: After 7 days of purchase, faulty components can be fixed or replaced through manufacturer’s warranty policy, but device swaps are not allowed.
Device Replacement
– Eligibility: Device replacements are only available for devices that display a manufacturer’s defect or software issue within the first 7 days of purchase.
– Box Condition: Devices with damaged or torn boxes will not be eligible for swaps.
Claim Process
• Kindly note that KCEE DEVICES does not offer refunds on warranty claims, however, to initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with your receipt and device details.
– Inspection: Devices will be inspected to determine eligibility for warranty claims.
– Upon confirmation, return processing might take up to 2-6 weeks.

– Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions outlined above.
– KCEE DEVICES reserves the right to modify or terminate warranty claims at any time.
