01. How to place an order
- Select the product you want to order.
- Select add to cart button
- Select your cart at the top right corner of your screen
- Click on the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button.
- Enter your coupon code if you have one
- Choose between Office Pick up and Shipping (#1,000) from our delivery options
- Finally, tick the “CREATE AN ACOUNT” option to register an account with KCEE DEVICES.
02. Shipment
After an order is placed and payment made, shipment process begins immediately. Customers can check their order status by entering their Order ID and email address used in placing the order to know their order status.
03. What are the payment methods available?
You can proceed to make payment on KCEE DEVICES with the following options:
- DEBIT CARD (MasterCard, Verve Card or Visa Card)
- DIRECT BANK TRANSFER (KCEE DEVICES LIMITED – 0073306981 – STERLING BANK)
Note that you cannot use multiple credit cards for purchasing a single item.

04. Returns, exchanges and complaints
When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

04. Caveat
KCEE DEVICES will never ask you to pay money into any personal account. Such request is fraudulent and should be disregarded.
